ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION

If you have served federal active duty in the United States Armed Forces since December 7, 1941, and have been honorably discharged or are still serving - you are eligible for membership in The American Legion!  Because eligibility dates remain open, all active-duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces are eligible to join The American Legion at this time, until the date of the end of hostilities as determined by the government of the United States.

To join The American Legion Rainbow Post 0002, drop off or mail The American Legion application with a copy of your DD-214 and dues in cash or check paid to the order of The American Legion Rainbow Post #2 to the attention of Adjutant/Membership.  The current, 2024 dues $56 and the 2025 dues $70.

To ensure timely processing of your new membership, submit a complete application, DD-214, and the annual dues in the correct amount for the correct membreship campaign year.  All three are required for The American Legion membership.
